I love to travel. My travel situation is very unique, as I am a travel teacher for a child whose parents are fashion photographers. We travel roughly 4 to 5 months interspersed throughout the calendar year. I blog about our experiences, the places we go and the things we learn. I am a teacher who is on an ultimate field trip with a 7 year old boy named Charles.
For the past five years, I have often found myself on airplanes, bound for yet another destination. Although our home base is NYC, we shoot often in Paris as well. If we aren’t in either of these cities, our suitcases are packed and we are experiencing a new, often exotic location.
As it is my job to educate Charles, despite which country we are in, I have learned to make traveling fun, engaging, and educational for him as well as myself. I strive to create routine for him in this unconventional traveling lifestyle, keeping his experience well rounded, educational, healthy, active, and grounded. With this job, I have discovered many things about traveling with children and have had the fortunate opportunity to visit many spectacular places.
I am intrigued by traveling children and their experiences. I have dedicated some of my blogs to interviewing other travel children and recording their own thoughts about travel.
There are 7 different categories to what I blog blog about: Educational Travel Activities, Food, Kid Interviews, Recommended Products, Specific Destinations, Travel Stories and Travel Advice.

Wow Elisabeth. Such an amazing adventure. I commend you for such a selfless thing. Most people would get tired. On most occasions because it’s not their child. It sounds great.
